Miniball goes into LS3
Detectors dismounted and sent for refurbishment After a successful experimental campaign in 2025, the Miniball clusters have been dismounted by Josh Curry (U. Liverpool), Oscar Fjeld, Jordan Reilly and Carlotta Porzio (CERN) in December 2025. Herbert Hess (GSI) and Timo Biesenbach (U. Cologne) transported them to Cologne in January 2026 for refurbishment during LS3.
